We were commissioned by SSTL (a leading specialist aerospace company) to analyse their project management capabilities and processes.

The work involved the use of a diagnostic survey and report which established the company’s strengths and identified areas where improvements could be usefully made.

We then assisted the client with the development of their management processes and ran risk management workshops on a bid for a major satellite project.

SSTL subsequently commissioned Ladymead to run a project management training programme comprising of the APM PFQ and PMQ Qualifications.
