We were commissioned directly by the main board of civil engineering contractor to conduct an Audit on a major Waste to Energy project that was failing behind programme.

We were subsequently asked to carry out a risk management exercise and to re-programme the projec and run a project management training programme comprising of the APM PFQ and PMQ Qualifications.
