Peter Curtis leads the core team at Ladymead Projects based in central Guildford, Surrey.

His experience as a project management consultant, adjudicator, mediator and trainer brings a wealth of practical experience available to assist clients improve the way they work together and manage their projects. He is also a specialist in dispute resolution and is a member of a number of adjudication panels, including that for the construction projects on London 2012. Peter enjoys helping people to achieve their full potential and make a positive contribution to their organisation's success.
