It provides an ideal starting point for those who are new to project management and are seeking to improve their performance either as a manager or as an effective member of the project team.
It is also a very useful course for more experienced practitioners who are considering progression to the next level with the PMQ, but perhaps have not taken a formal exam for some time and wish to dip their toes in the water with an introductory course.
No prior experience is required for this course.

The delegates can contact the course tutor during their pre-course preparation and home study periods with any questions they may have.
Ladymead’s course notes are fully comprehensive and comprises of a course textbook, workshop notes, case studies, mock exam questions and answers, online e-learning videos, and other supporting material and references.

The APM has updated the PFQ qualification which is now significantly more rigorous than previous versions.
In our view the PFQ is now best delivered over 3 days rather than the previous standard of 2 days.
Delegates attend three consecutive days of practical and interactive virtual online workshops and concludes with a short one-hour multiple-choice examination.
It provides an ideal starting point for those seeking to improve their performance in managing projects or contributing as a project team member.
Delegates are encouraged to book early to enable them to prepare by reading at least some of the course material prior to attending the course.
Our new 3-day course provides the quickest way of achieving the qualification at the first attempt.

The course format, teaching style, and duration will be developed to meet the customer’s requirements, including any additional topics, special emphasis, and reference to corporate objectives, culture, policies, and procedures.
