The PFQ is a highly regarded and sought after entry-level qualification.
The PFQ provides an ideal starting point for both those who are new to project management and for more experienced practitioners who would benefit from a refresher course.
It is a very good and highly recommended preparatory course for anyone who wishes to go onto tackle the PMQ, particularly those who may not have sat a formal examination for some time.
Our PFQ includes a short briefing workshop, pre-course preparation, 2 days attendance on our trainer led online classroom workshops, final exam prep and revision period, and concludes with the 1-hour online PFQ exam.
The course delivery is spread over a practical 3-week period to allow delegates to manage their studies with work, family and other commitments.
By spreading the course over a practical period, our PFQ provides the quickest route to achieving the qualification at the first attempt.
The course workshops will be run on a highly interactive and practical basis with debates and exercises designed to engage the delegates and to relate the course directly to the work the carry out for their employers and clients
The workshop sessions are led by our trainers all of whom are highly experienced as hands on project managers in addition to their extensive skills as trainers.
Our PFQ course offers the best combination of practical interactive workshops and periods of self-paced home study.
It provides delegates with a high quality and significantly less stressful learning experience than the traditional high-intensity boot camp approach offered by some of our competitors.
We achieve excellent exam results and delegate feedback.
Those who pass the PFQ are encouraged to apply for Affiliate membership of the APM and to consider the tackling the PMQ which is the next step in the APM Pathway process.
We specialise in developing bespoke in-house programmes.
