The Ladymead Projects Open Public APM Course Schedule:
All our open public courses are run via tutor-led interactive online workshops with an online exam. We do still provide in-person courses, but almost all of our delegates prefer our positive, functional, and highly interactive online course format.

Course Dates

Our online workshops provide all of the enjoyment, functionality, and interactive engagement of our face-to-face classroom courses, but with a much lower carbon footprint and at a lower cost as it eliminates the need for the delegates to incur travel, venue, and overnight accommodation costs. We are also happy to run traditional face-to-face classroom courses for in-house courses. Please enquire and we can provide a priced proposal.

    The programme was delivered for a Building and Civil Engineering Contractor on a flexible modular basis and combined client bespoke topics concluded with the PMQ Project Management Qualification.

    This gave our client with the twin benefits of satisfying their own specific training agenda and providing both the company and their staff with an accredited industry-recognised qualification. These courses formed the key part of a training package that earned national recognition with prestigious awards from two leading professional journals.

    Health and Safety Review

    A large Building and Civil Engineering Contractor commissioned Ladymead to review their health and safety practices across the entire group. As part of the review and audit procedure, we not only identified many areas of good practice but critically also recommended improvements in key behavioural and procedural matters.

    Foster & Partners – In-House Project Management Training

    Foster and Partners is one of the world’s leading architect practices. They have designed some of the most iconic buildings on the planet. Although based in London. Approximately 90% of their turnover is carried out overseas. The training material developed by Ladymead therefore needed to reflect the international nature of their business and the differing professional practices and cultural influences found in other countries.

    The programme comprised a series of modules culminating in the APM PMQ Qualification.
